Janice Lee is one of the most successful and respected real estate professionals in the San Gabriel Valley. Ranked in the top ½ of 1% & Top 100 of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales associates in North America, she has been repeatedly honored for her professional achievements throughout her near four-decade career. Among her many accolades is the company’s 30-Year Legend Award; There were 17 total 30-Year Legend Award winners over the years, 15 out of the 17 were Teams, and the only other individual agent to receive the 30-Year Legend Award was in 2018. Janice was the only individual agent who received a 30-Year Legend Award in 2022 out of the 50,000 + sales professionals in the International HSF Network.
As one of the 12 Directors of the Luxury Properties Division of BHHS California Properties, Janice specializes in upper-end properties, although she greatly enjoys sharing her expertise with first-time buyers as well, especially the “2 nd generation!”
Janice draws on a seasoned portfolio of skills and experience in representing her clients. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and raised in San Francisco, she is fluent in Chinese and English. Janice is widely noted for her support of local schools — a passion sparked by her background as a language and classical piano instructor. The proud mother of three adult children who are all educated in the San Marino school system, she was a founding member of San Marino’s Chinese School in 1980 and has been involved with the San Marino School Foundation for more than three decades. Janice was also one of the founding members of Partnership for Awareness (PFA), a non-profit organization established in 1980. Its mission is to increase awareness of critical issues and helping the health and well-being of San Marino youth. She also introduced a motivational program to the district and facilitated it at San Marino High School for more than 10 years in the Summer Program. In addition, Janice was the 1 st female president of the San Marino City Club since 1926, whose members not long ago included only white males.
Janice is dedicated to her communities, she served for many years on the board of The Charitable Foundation, a BHHS California Properties philanthropic organization that has awarded over $6 million in grants to local organizations working to improve communities, education, health, and the environment. She was also on the Board of Pacific Clinics from 2013-2017, the largest non-profit behavioral healthcare organization in Southern California.

Angela Liang

Angela Liang was born in Hong Kong and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. Her keen awareness of the SGV’s multicultural communities is firsthand – she raised two children in the Glendale and San Marino school districts. She is additionally familiar with the best private schools in the region. Her personal knowledge is helpful and valuable to families considering a move to Arcadia, La Canada, Pasadena, San Gabriel, San Marino, South Pasadena, and other adjacent cities.

Angela earned her BA from UCLA with a joint degree in economics/business. Calvin Lo

Calvin holds a MBA degree in Marketing/International Business and worked at Rosenthal Collins Group as a broker's associate in the investment banking department after graduation. After "corporate America," he started an import/export business in 2001 as an entrepreneur. Calvin started his career in real estate related ventures in 2007. He joined Janice's team in 2012 and services residential and commercial real estate needs to all surrounding areas in Southern California. He has earned various awards including the prestigious Chairman's Circle Platinum Award (top 1% nationwide) and the designation as a Luxury Property Specialist.
Calvin was born in Taiwan and can speak Mandarin, Taiwanese and Cantonese. He and his family has resided in the San Gabriel Valley for over 20 years, and Calvin is very active in the community: he was the President for the Chinese Club and a director for the Chinese School of San Marino in 2013, a trustee of the San Marino Schools Foundation 2012 - 2014, a centennial committee member of Red Cross San Gabriel Valley Chapter, a member of the traffic advisory commission in San Marino 2016-2018. He is currently a board member of the San Marino Rotary Club, a board member of the San Marino City Club, a member of the San Marino Crowell Public Library foundation and a member of the Los Angeles County Accessor's Advisory Council.

Jane Wang

Jane has been a full-time real estate professional with the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services CA Properties Pasadena office since late 2009 and joined Team Janice Lee in 2017.
She manages and maintains Janice's listing presentations, monthly and annual statistics of our unique “Fish Maps”. Jane specializes in working with buyers and is extremely knowledgeable about all leases.
Born & raised in Taiwan, Jane moved to Southern California with her family in 1984. She has lived in various cities in the San Gabriel Valley and graduated from Alhambra High School. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese; her multi-cultural background has proven to be a great asset when it comes to helping new immigrants or those with a language barrier to understand the home selling/buying process.
Jane has the knack of establishing meaningful connections with her clients to understand their needs and goals. She is well-connected with real estate industry professionals who specialize in financing, property value assessment, home improvement, and other key areas to quickly evaluate real estate values and help determine the best options to present to sellers and buyers to close the sale or lease. Jane Sha

Jane Sha has been a real estate consultant since 2013. Before joining BHHS and Team Janice Lee in 2022, she has been consistently recognized for Top 9% company* wide, achieving “President’s Circle Award” in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020. Jane’s expertise extends across all prime neighborhoods in the Greater Los Angeles region, from San Gabriel Valley, to DTLA & WestLA. She has helped many first-time homebuyers achieve their “American Dream”, build equity to trade up, as well as empty-nesters downsize and relocate. Jane has extensive knowledge of new development projects, and has worked with Fortune 500 builders such as Greenland USA who developed the condominium project in DTLA called Metropolis where she closed escrows with investors from China.
Jane previously worked as a financial analyst in the aerospace industry, and has transferred those skills to excel in analyzing market trends to determine competitive market prices to help her buyers and sellers get the best deal. Jane loves traveling, her favorites have been Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and the Amalfi Coast. On her days off, she loves spending time with her husband, their two dogs and baby boy. She and her husband had outgrown their 1st condo and recently bought a new home in the San Gabriel Valley! They are ready to get more involved with the community as a young, growing family.
