2024 Awards Luncheon

This year, the office awards luncheon was held at the beautiful Athenaeum at the world-renowned California Institute of Technology that was just blocks away from our Pasadena office! One needs to be a member in order to use the Athenaeum, and we are so fortunate that one of our agent's family has the membership! The private dining hall was simply grand and elegant. One can only imagine that Einstein was in the same dining hall as a visiting professor for 3 winter terms in 1931, 1932 and 1933! Team Janice Lee was honored to be #1 for the Pasadena office again, as the Chairman Circle Diamond recipient! We missed our team member Jane Wang at the luncheon, and I am so proud of each and every one of them!

The Pasadena Pops At The Arboretum

This is the 3rd annual pops concert for Team Janice Lee! We all got together with our significant others or best friends at the LA County Arboretum in Arcadia, and enjoyed our pre-ordered gourmet picnic meal from 2 local favorites and plenty of good wines from the McMahon's Cellars! The weather was perfect; not too hot and not too cold. This last concert for 2023 was dedicated to the Hollywood Blockbusters with lots of iconic tunes. It was a pleasant, magical evening for all of us!

2023 San Marino Motor Classic

This was Team Janice Lee's 3rd year as the co-sponsor of the Automotive Art Expo & Sale  for the 12th annual San Marino Motor classic event! Janice was again, honored as the major supporter of the event at the Symphony of Cars Gala the night before the auto show at Lacey Park on Virginia Rd!

Our booth was visited by so many old and new patrons, and we made lots of kids very happy by giving away the Hot wheels and had 3 lucky winners for our gas card raffle drawing! What a great way to participate in this amazing annual event with such a worthy cause; Pasadena Humane Society, Cancer Support Community Pasadena, Give-Mentor-Love Foundation, San Marino Rotary Foundation and Rose Bowl Aquatic Center were the 2023 charitable beneficiaries!

Stronger Together

Team Janice Lee was honored to be invited to attend the "Stronger Together" event for 2023 b/c of our outstanding production in 2022!

This year, the event was held at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert. We met and mingled with the top agents from the BHHS agent pool in the entire US!

The 2-day program was packed with 3 amazing keynote speakers, great social events in a beautiful environment. we learned, we bonded and we had fun!

2022 Awards Luncheon

Team Janice Lee took the center of the stage on the 2022 award luncheon celebration for the Pasadena office at Arbour restaurant on Lake Ave.

We were recognized and congratulated by the company's VP of business initiatives, Brent Consedine, VP of marketing, Allison Jones, and branch manager, Marilyn Simon.

Janice was recognized as the ONLY individual agent (out of 50,000+ agents) to receive a 30 Year Legend award in 2022, and one of only two individual agents to have EVER received this prestigious distinction.

TJL was also honored as the # 20 medium team in the ENTIRE global network of 50,000+ agents! and TJL was also the recipient of the Chairman Circle Diamond Award for 2022! This achievement is awarded to sales professional teams that have achieved a minimum of $750,000 total GCI or 150 residential units!

The Luminaries

This was the annual fundraising event sponsored by "THE LUMINARIES '' whose mission statement is to support the Doheny Eye Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation, improvement, and restoration of human eyesight! The annual event was held at the prestigious "California Club" in DTLA. My biggest treat was to be with my dear old friends Debra and Diane, AND visit Mary Cooper!

Did You Know Jane Wang Loves to Foster Dogs?

Here are some photos from yesterday's Pop-up adoption event with Delaney's Dog Rescue at the arts & crafts fair at the marketplace Long Beach.

She’s currently fostering this gorgeous Shar Pei mix puppy with a spunky personality. Jane also volunteered at the adoption event and is hoping she can find this little puppy a forever home!

Chairman’s Circle Diamond

We are so proud to achieve the 2022 Chairman’s Circle - Diamond and we made top 25!

This award is the highest level of production recognized company wide! Top half of the 1%!
